Excelente servicio de furgoneta en Vietnam y Camboya.

Usamos Mango Taxi para trasladarnos en furgoneta desde Ha Tien, en Vietnam, hasta Phnom Penh, en Camboya, ayudándonos con el cruce de frontera, etc. Mango también nos llevó de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap. Phnom Penh a Siem Reap

Nuestro conductor de habla inglesa, el Sr. Spider, estaba listo y esperándonos a la hora acordada para llevarnos de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap. (6 1/2 horas incluyendo una parada). Un hombre encantador y amable que nos explicó los principios del budismo de una manera sencilla e interesante. El trayecto fue de día y vimos muchos campos de arroz, casas sobre pilotes + búfalos de agua. Nos sentimos seguros en todo momento porque su conducción fue segura y suave. No sé si lo que pagamos ($130) fue excesivo o no, pero el pueblo jemer necesita toda la ayuda turística que pueda recibir.

Traslado de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap

El equipo vino a recogernos antes de la hora y tuvimos un viaje muy tranquilo de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap. El trayecto duró 5 horas... y llegamos a tiempo a nuestro hotel. El conductor fue lo bastante atento como para parar y dejarnos tomar fotos en el camino, además de hacer pausas para comer e ir al baño.

¡El mejor servicio!

Nuestro itinerario incluía entrar a Camboya por el Aeropuerto Internacional de Phnom Penh e ir directamente a Siem Reap. Pensé en reservar un traslado a través de Klook (no seguí adelante porque los vehículos parecían viejos), o mediante compañías de autobús (nuestro horario de llegada lo hacía imposible), pero me alegré muchísimo de haber terminado reservando con Mango Taxi. Reservé en su sitio web un SUV que nos recogería en el aeropuerto de Phnom Penh y nos dejaría en nuestro hotel en Siem Reap. A partir de mi reserva, Stephanie se puso en contacto conmigo por WhatsApp para confirmar nuestros horarios de vuelo y la hora de recogida porque, en lugar de las 11:55 pm, que era la hora de llegada de nuestro vuelo, puse la 1 am como hora de recogida, ya que consideré el tiempo de inmigración y recogida de equipaje. Stephanie actualizó nuestra hora de recogida a las 11:55, según nuestra conversación. Cuando llegamos a Phnom Penh, nuestro conductor ya estaba en la zona de llegadas y enseguida nos llevó al área de estacionamiento, donde vimos que nuestro vehículo de servicio era un Toyota Alphard. Éramos un grupo de cuatro amigos y viajamos muy cómodos, ya que el vehículo era muy bonito, limpio y tenía muchísimo espacio para las piernas. También pudimos dormir bien. Hicimos una parada a mitad de camino en una gasolinera y algunos fuimos al baño. Nuestro conductor nos aconsejó que nos tomáramos nuestro tiempo en la parada. En fin, llegamos de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap en un poco más de cuatro horas, ya que ya estábamos en el hotel antes de las 5 am, en lugar de la hora de llegada que esperábamos, entre las 6 y las 7 am. En general, el servicio fue excelente y volveré a reservarlo si alguna vez regresamos a Camboya.

Dos viajes agradables

Usamos Mango Taxi dos veces durante nuestro viaje. Primero para recogida en el aeropuerto y luego para ir de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap. Para la recogida en el aeropuerto, tuvimos algunas dificultades para encontrar a nuestro conductor. Al final tuve que llamarlo y mi amiga, que habla algo de jemer, pudo ayudarnos a ponernos en contacto. Yo proporcioné información de vuelo incorrecta, así que eso probablemente lo hizo más difícil. Recomendaría contratar un conductor que hable inglés por si no llegan a encontrarse. Para el traslado de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap, el viaje fue perfecto. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una furgoneta de clase business y superó mis expectativas. Los dos asientos traseros podían reclinarse, tenían masaje y reposapiés. Era muy lujoso. ¡Excelente servicio! Usamos Mango para llevar a nuestra familia de cuatro en una minivan de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap y de vuelta, y tuvimos una experiencia realmente buena. Respondieron muy rápido cuando hice la consulta inicial, el precio era mucho mejor que el de otras empresas que miramos, fueron muy flexibles cuando tuvimos algunos cambios y solicitudes de última hora, y se mantuvieron en contacto para asegurarse de que estuviéramos bien atendidos. Los dos conductores que usamos fueron muy seguros, amables y serviciales. Reserva súper fácil y viaje cómodo

Conducción segura, coches limpios, puntuales y comunicación fácil. Lo recomiendo

Este mes utilicé dos veces los servicios de Mango Taxi (de Phnom Penh a Kep y luego de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap) y quedé muy satisfecho. Reservar a través del formulario en línea es fácil, el seguimiento de la reserva se hace por correo electrónico y luego la comunicación es por WhatsApp. Es súper fácil y fluido. Los dos coches (SUV) en los que viajé estaban limpios y eran de buena calidad. Los conductores fueron atentos, hablaban buen inglés, llegaron a tiempo y conducían con seguridad. Solo puedo recomendar Mango Asia. A modo de comparación, encontré a otro conductor para ir de Kep a Phnom Penh. Era un poco más barato, PERO el parabrisas estaba agrietado y en un par de ocasiones me pareció que la conducción no era segura. Aunque las carreteras camboyanas no son en sí mismas tan peligrosas, a veces pueden ser un poco exóticas aquí y allá, así que conducir con seguridad vale unos cuantos dólares más. Si tuviera que hacerlo de nuevo, también reservaría con Mango Asia para ese trayecto.

We had a wonderful English speaking driver. He was so helpful and patient with us. Our driver was informative about the countries history and allowed us to make stops at some historical temples. I appreciate how he was not on his phone while driving and engaged in conversation with us. The vehicle was an older Lexus SUV, but very clean and safe. Overall, a great experience and very nice driver.

Travel time was 7 hours with 2 washroom breaks and 1 lunch break Cost is 100 USD for one way, which is the best rate in the market. (Verified by checking with multiple operators and individual taxi drivers) Friendly English speaking driver who was chatty and gave us a lot of information about his culture and Cambodia. He introduced us to shops serving fresh sea coconuts and sea coconut drink. Driving skills were great and he was very attentive and patient on the road. Most of the highway length is a single road stretch with 2 way traffic, so it can be tricky. On my way to book their taxi service again to return back to Phnom Penh from Siem Reap now!!

Friendly drivers and great service!

We booked with Stefan at Mango taxi’s and the service was excellent from start to finish. I changed the booking several times and with ease. Stefan was always available on WhatsApp or via email. Our first journey was Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, the driver was on time, smiley, asked us several times if we wanted to stop over for food, drinks and the bathroom. He even brought us some sticky rice in a bamboo shoot which was a first for us both and very delicious. The drive took 5.5hours, car was well maintained and the driver drove well and at a safe and good speed throughout. Our second journey was from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Once again excellent service, friendly and smiley driver who was very helpful throughout. Car very well maintained and clean.Overall a great experience and if we were in Cambodia again we would choose Mango Taxi’s.

Great taxi service in Cambodia

I really enjoyed my rides with Mango Taxi. I went from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and then back again. Both drivers were really friendly, punctual, and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating; happy to stop for toilet breaks and to get food since the drive was so long. Both cars were really comfortable and I felt safe travelling as a solo female.

Smooth, safe and excellent alternative to flying

Smooth and safe best summarizes our trip today from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. What was originally an inevitable road trip after all flights to Siem Reap were cancelled ended up being a more relaxing alternative than flying. Smooth Transport from Siem Reap

Our ride from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap on Tuesday, February 11th, went very well. We departed from our hotel on time. Water was provided for all. We appreciated the rest stops before and after lunch. Convenient, professional, excellent communication

We were excited to try Mango Taxi from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Mango Taxi was responsive with email, confirmed right away, and provided a great driver who was punctual and obviously comfortable navigating the Cambodian highways. We had the option to stop for toilets if needed, and our ride was smooth while allowing us to see the countryside. Door-to-door drop-off to/from our hotels. ¡Servicio fantástico para viajar entre ciudades en Camboya!

Usamos Mango Taxi durante nuestro viaje familiar a Camboya para trasladarnos de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap y de Siem Reap a Battambang. Cada vez fueron excelentes. Puntuales, limpios, flexibles, con cinturones de seguridad que funcionaban y hablando inglés (por supuesto, lo habíamos solicitado). Como viajábamos con nuestros hijos de 4 y 2 años, íbamos con mucho cuidado y, cuando le pedimos al conductor que redujera la velocidad, tomó muy bien el comentario. ¡Los recomendamos totalmente!

Excelente viaje de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap

Tuvimos un viaje agradable de Phnom Penh a Siem Reap. El coche estaba bien y el conductor fue muy amable; se detenía cada vez que queríamos e incluso sugirió parar en restaurantes, etc. Los precios son razonables. Totalmente recomendable.
