¡Gran viaje!

Hicimos un viaje de Siem Reap a Phnom Penh. Nuestro conductor, Danny, llegó a tiempo y es un conductor excelente y seguro, algo muy importante en un trayecto de 5 horas en Camboya. La furgoneta era moderna y estaba muy limpia. ¡Disfrutamos mucho del servicio!

Excelente empresa

Dos trayectos en taxi. Primero del aeropuerto nuevo a Siem Reap (50 km) y después de Siem Reap a Phnom Penh (240 km). Excelente. Recibes una confirmación en tu WhatsApp y por correo electrónico. Responden rápido cuando tienes alguna pregunta. Además, un día antes te envían también el WhatsApp del conductor y puedes ver el coche. Ambos conductores respetaron nuestros deseos. En el trayecto largo queríamos casi no hablar porque queríamos dormir. En el trayecto corto, rápido y seguro hasta el hotel. Excelentes conductores y coches realmente buenos. Pago en efectivo.

Viaje fácil y cómodo de hotel a hotel: ¡sin duda, recomendado!

Mi hijo y yo reservamos un coche de Siem Reap a Phnom Penh la semana pasada. Tardó poco más de 5 horas y, con el nuevo aeropuerto a 90 minutos de Siem Reap, no fue mucho más largo que volar. Nos evitamos las esperas y colas del aeropuerto, y tuvimos un servicio puerta a puerta desde el hotel con aire acondicionado, asientos reclinables y cómodos, agua a bordo y un conductor amable. La reserva y la comunicación también fueron excelentes. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Sin duda lo recomiendo

Los contraté dos veces: una para ir de Siem Reap a Phnom Penh y la otra de Phnom Penh al aeropuerto. Tratar con Mango Taxi fue puntual y profesional. Reservamos por segunda vez porque eran fiables y necesitábamos esa seguridad para asegurarnos de llegar a tiempo a nuestro vuelo de primera hora de la mañana. El primer conductor fue amable, llegó temprano/a la hora prevista y condujo con seguridad en lo que yo, como visitante extranjero, consideré unas condiciones de conducción locas/difíciles. El segundo conductor se puso en contacto conmigo de forma muy útil y sugirió que nos recogieran antes debido al tráfico, algo que agradecimos. También él llegó temprano/a la hora prevista. Volvería a usarlos y los recomendaría sin dudarlo.

Conductores puntuales que priorizan la seguridad, ideales tanto para traslados locales como de larga distancia

Excelente servicio de transporte, tanto para trayectos locales como de larga distancia. Contraté tres servicios con Mango Taxi. Stefan destaca por la comunicación y el seguimiento que ofrece, y suele responder muy rápido y con información muy completa. Si alguna vez tarda un poco en contestar o surge alguna otra duda, basta con escribirle de nuevo por correo o por WhatsApp; siempre responde. El día anterior al servicio envía por WhatsApp los datos y la foto del conductor, algo muy útil. Mis tres servicios fueron: - Traslado de Siem Reap a Phnom Penh. Este fue perfecto: el conductor llegó unos minutos antes, condujo con seguridad y fue muy amable. Eso sí, pagué un extra por un conductor que hablara inglés y, aunque su nivel era básico, fue más que suficiente para un servicio de traslado. Entendía peticiones sencillas como agua, baño o hacer una parada para sacar fotos. No puso ningún problema para parar en un par de lugares que quería ver por el camino: Skuon, conocido como "Spider Village", donde venden comida y, sí, también arañas fritas si te animas a probarlas. Es sobre todo una parada de carretera, pero resulta curiosa. También paramos en Spean Praptos – Kampong Kdei Bridge. El conductor incluso me sugirió un par de paradas adicionales, incluida una para comprar arroz cocinado en bambú, una delicia local. - Traslado de Phnom Penh al aeropuerto. Todo fue igual de bien: llegó puntual y me llevó al aeropuerto sin ninguna complicación. - Tour por la ciudad de Phnom Penh. En realidad, este servicio estaba combinado con mi traslado al aeropuerto. El recorrido estaba bien planteado. Como conductor, también muy bien: puntual, seguro al volante, etc. Sin embargo, su nivel de inglés era muy limitado y era complicado coordinar los tiempos, por ejemplo cuánto rato pasar en cada parada. Aun así, pudimos entendernos porque llevaba una aplicación de traducción, pero yo diría que era más conductor que guía. Como tenía un vuelo y el Palacio Real de Phnom Penh no abría hasta las 14:00 (algo que no tenía nada que ver con Mango), al final no entré porque no estaba claro si me daba tiempo; probablemente habría podido dedicarle unos 30 minutos, pero con la comunicación limitada no lo tenía del todo claro y, como no quería arriesgarme a perder el vuelo, preferí ir al aeropuerto. Al menos pude verlo desde fuera. En general, la experiencia con Mango Taxi fue muy buena y los recomendaría sin dudarlo.

Excellent service, used it twice to travel from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville and then siem reap to Phnom Penh. Very punctual, clean and efficient. Even waited when we were delayed at the airport. Highly recommend

Friendly drivers and great service!

We booked with Stefan at Mango taxi’s and the service was excellent from start to finish. I changed the booking several times and with ease. Stefan was always available on WhatsApp or via email. Our first journey was Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, the driver was on time, smiley, asked us several times if we wanted to stop over for food, drinks and the bathroom. He even brought us some sticky rice in a bamboo shoot which was a first for us both and very delicious. The drive took 5.5hours, car was well maintained and the driver drove well and at a safe and good speed throughout. Our second journey was from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Once again excellent service, friendly and smiley driver who was very helpful throughout. Car very well maintained and clean.Overall a great experience and if we were in Cambodia again we would choose Mango Taxi’s.

What a beautiful service. I needed a car to take me from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The costumer service and Stefan provided me with all the info I needed and I booked the car smoothly. Mangotaxi arranged it for me on a short notice with a price that was cheaper than other services. The driver came on time and was so professional and helpful. The whole service was perfect and safe. Helped me out of a difficult situation

It was 3 am and I needed to get from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh in a hurry for a family emergency and it only took this company about 20 minutes to find a driver with a van to take me in the middle of the night. The driver was very friendly and and a very skilled and safe driver.

Super service 👌🏻

We drove with Mango Taxi twice. First time from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and a few days later from Phnom Penh to Ha Tien in Vietnam. Both times the drivers were really friendly and helpful. Both times large and comfortable 6-person cars, including massage and cooling in the two seats on the 2nd row. Fair prices and good service.
