Viaggio fantastico!

Abbiamo fatto un viaggio da Siem Reap a Phnom Penh. Il nostro autista, Danny, è arrivato in orario ed è un autista eccellente e prudente: molto importante per un tragitto di 5 ore in Cambogia. Il van era moderno e molto pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio!

Onestamente non posso dire abbastanza cose positive di questa azienda straordinaria! Abbiamo prenotato un trasferimento da Siem Reap a Phnom Penh ed è andato nel modo più fluido possibile. Innanzitutto, Jayson mi ha aiutato con la prenotazione ed è sempre stato incredibilmente rapido nel rispondere alle mie numerose domande lungo il percorso. Anzi, ho dovuto cambiare destinazione a metà tragitto e Jayson ha ускорato la cosa e l’ha gestita con una gentilezza davvero speciale! Inoltre, l’autista Mr. Hoeum è stato bravissimo: a) parlava molto bene l’inglese e b) è stato un autista fantastico che ci ha fatto sentire al sicuro! Due corse in taxi. La prima dal nuovo aeroporto a Siem Reap (50 km) e la seconda da Siem Reap a Phnom Penh (240 km). Eccellente. Ricevi una conferma su WhatsApp e via email. Rispondono velocemente quando hai una domanda. Il giorno prima ricevi anche il WhatsApp dell’autista e vedi l’auto. Entrambi gli autisti hanno rispettato i nostri desideri. Viaggio lungo: volevamo quasi nessuna conversazione perché volevamo dormire. Viaggio breve. Veloce e sicuro fino all’hotel. Autisti eccellenti e auto davvero buone. Pagamento in contanti.

Viaggio da hotel a hotel facile e comodo: consigliatissimo!

Mio figlio ed io abbiamo prenotato un'auto da Siem Reap a Phnom Penh la settimana scorsa. Ci sono volate poco più di 5 ore e, con il nuovo aeroporto a 90 minuti da Siem Reap, non è stato molto più lungo che volare. Abbiamo evitato le attese e le code in aeroporto e abbiamo avuto un servizio porta a porta dall'hotel, in un comodo veicolo climatizzato con morbidi sedili reclinabili, acqua a disposizione e un autista cordiale. Anche la prenotazione e la comunicazione sono state ottime. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Consiglio vivamente

Li abbiamo prenotati due volte, una per andare da Siem Reap a Phnom Penh e l’altra da Phnom Penh all’aeroporto. I rapporti con Mango Taxi sono stati puntuali e professionali. Abbiamo prenotato una seconda volta perché erano affidabili e avevamo bisogno di questa affidabilità per assicurarci di prendere il volo la mattina presto. Il primo autista è stato cordiale, in anticipo/in orario e ha guidato in modo sicuro in quelle che io, come visitatore straniero, consideravo condizioni di guida folli/difficili. Il secondo autista mi ha contattato in modo utile e ha suggerito un prelievo anticipato a causa del traffico, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato. Anche lui è stato in anticipo/in orario. Li userei di nuovo e li consiglierei senza esitazione.

Autisti puntuali e sicuri al volante, ideali per trasferimenti locali o a lunga distanza

Servizio di trasporto eccellente, sia per tratte locali sia per trasferimenti a lunga distanza. Ho utilizzato Mango Taxi per tre servizi. Stefan è davvero eccezionale nella comunicazione e nel seguire tutto con attenzione; in genere dà risposte rapide ed esaurienti. Se per caso tarda un po’ a rispondere o avete altre domande, basta riscrivergli via e-mail o WhatsApp e vi ricontatta. Il giorno prima del pick-up invia su WhatsApp i dettagli dell’autista e la sua foto, cosa davvero utile. I tre servizi che ho prenotato sono stati: - Da Siem Reap a Phnom Penh. Questo trasferimento è stato perfetto: l’autista è arrivato con qualche minuto di anticipo ed è stato prudente e cortese. Ho pagato un extra per avere un autista "che parlava inglese" e, anche se parlava un po’ di inglese, il livello era piuttosto elementare, ma più che sufficiente per un trasferimento. Capiva richieste come acqua, bagno, una sosta per una foto, ecc. Ha accolto le mie richieste di fermarci in un paio di posti che volevo vedere lungo il tragitto: Skuon, conosciuto come "Spider Village", dove vendono cibo e, sì, anche ragni fritti, se volete assaggiarne uno. Più che altro è una bancarella a bordo strada, ma resta una tappa curiosa. Ci siamo fermati anche a Spean Praptos – Kampong Kdei Bridge. Inoltre l’autista mi ha suggerito un paio di altre soste, tra cui una per comprare del riso cotto nel bambù, una specialità locale molto gustosa. - Da Phnom Penh all’aeroporto. Anche questo trasferimento è andato liscio: l’autista è arrivato puntuale e mi ha portato in aeroporto senza problemi. - Tour della città di Phnom Penh. In realtà era abbinato al mio trasferimento per l’aeroporto. Come itinerario, il tour era valido. Come autista, lui è stato ottimo: puntuale, guida sicura, ecc. Tuttavia il suo inglese era molto limitato e coordinare i tempi, per esempio quanto tempo trascorrere a ogni tappa, è stato complicato. Siamo comunque riusciti a capirci: aveva un’app di traduzione, ma direi che era più un "autista" che una guida turistica. Siccome dovevo prendere un volo e il Palazzo Reale di Phnom Penh apriva solo alle 14:00 (e questo ovviamente non dipende da Mango!), alla fine non sono entrato perché non era chiaro se avessi abbastanza tempo. Probabilmente sarei riuscito a ritagliarmi 30 minuti, ma con una comunicazione limitata non ero sicuro al 100% e, non volendo rischiare di perdere il volo, ho preferito andare in aeroporto. Almeno l’ho visto da fuori. Nel complesso mi sono trovato molto bene con Mango Taxi e lo consiglierei.

Excellent service, used it twice to travel from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville and then siem reap to Phnom Penh. Very punctual, clean and efficient. Even waited when we were delayed at the airport. Highly recommend

Friendly drivers and great service!

We booked with Stefan at Mango taxi’s and the service was excellent from start to finish. I changed the booking several times and with ease. Stefan was always available on WhatsApp or via email. Our first journey was Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, the driver was on time, smiley, asked us several times if we wanted to stop over for food, drinks and the bathroom. He even brought us some sticky rice in a bamboo shoot which was a first for us both and very delicious. The drive took 5.5hours, car was well maintained and the driver drove well and at a safe and good speed throughout. Our second journey was from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Once again excellent service, friendly and smiley driver who was very helpful throughout. Car very well maintained and clean.Overall a great experience and if we were in Cambodia again we would choose Mango Taxi’s.

Car from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh

What a beautiful service. I needed a car to take me from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The costumer service and Stefan provided me with all the info I needed and I booked the car smoothly. Mangotaxi arranged it for me on a short notice with a price that was cheaper than other services. The driver came on time and was so professional and helpful. The whole service was perfect and safe. I definitely recommend it and will use it again.

Helped me out of a difficult situation

It was 3 am and I needed to get from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh in a hurry for a family emergency and it only took this company about 20 minutes to find a driver with a van to take me in the middle of the night. The driver was very friendly and and a very skilled and safe driver.

Super service 👌🏻

We drove with Mango Taxi twice. First time from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and a few days later from Phnom Penh to Ha Tien in Vietnam. Both times the drivers were really friendly and helpful. Both times large and comfortable 6-person cars, including massage and cooling in the two seats on the 2nd row. Fair prices and good service.
