영어를 할 줄 아는 운전기사 Mr Spider는 약속한 시간에 맞춰 우리를 기다리고 있었고, 프놈펜에서 씨엠립까지 우리를 태워다 주었습니다. (휴식 포함 6시간 30분). 불교의 원리를 어렵지 않고 흥미롭게 설명해 준 아주 다정한 분이었습니다. 낮에 이동해서 논밭과 고상가옥들, 그리고 물소도 많이 볼 수 있었습니다. 운전이 안전하고 부드러워 내내 안심할 수 있었습니다. 우리가 지불한 금액($130)이 과한지는 잘 모르겠지만, 크메르 사람들은 관광객의 도움이 많이 필요한 것 같습니다.

팀이 약속 시간보다 일찍 우리를 픽업했고, 프놈펜에서 씨엠립까지 아주 순조롭게 이동했습니다. 이동은 5시간 정도 걸렸고… 호텔에도 제시간에 도착했습니다. 기사님도 배려심이 많아서 가는 길에 사진을 찍을 수 있게 잠시 멈춰 주셨고, 식사와 화장실 휴식도 할 수 있었습니다.

최고의 서비스!
저희 일정은 프놈펜 국제공항으로 캄보디아에 입국한 뒤 곧바로 씨엠립으로 이동하는 것이었습니다. Klook을 통해 픽업 서비스를 예약할까도 고민했지만(차량이 낡아 보여서 결국 진행하지 않았습니다), 버스 회사들을 이용할까도 생각했지만(도착 시간이 맞지 않았습니다), 최종적으로 Mango Taxi를 예약한 것은 정말 잘한 선택이었습니다. 웹사이트에서 프놈펜 공항에서 저희를 픽업해 씨엠립 호텔까지 내려주는 SUV를 예약했습니다. 예약 후 Stephanie가 WhatsApp으로 연락해 항공편 일정과 픽업 시간을 확인해 주었는데, 저희 비행기 도착 시간이 밤 11:55였음에도 입국 심사와 수하물 찾는 시간을 고려해 픽업 시간을 오전 1시로 설정해 두었기 때문입니다. Stephanie는 저희와의 논의에 따라 픽업 시간을 11:55로 수정해 주었습니다. 프놈펜에 도착했을 때 운전기사는 이미 도착장에 기다리고 있었고, 바로 주차장으로 안내해 주었는데 거기서 서비스 차량이 Toyota Alphard라는 것을 확인했습니다. 저희는 네 명의 친구로 이루어진 그룹이었고, 차량이 매우 좋고 깨끗했으며 실내 공간도 넉넉해서 이동 내내 매우 편안했습니다. 잠도 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 중간에 주유소에 한 번 들렀고, 몇몇은 화장실에 다녀왔습니다. 운전기사는 저희에게 잠시 여유를 갖고 쉬어도 된다고 말해 주었습니다. 어쨌든 저희는 프놈펜에서 씨엠립까지 4시간이 조금 넘게 걸려 이동했고, 예상 도착 시간인 오전 6~7시보다 훨씬 이른 오전 5시 전에 이미 호텔에 도착했습니다. 전반적으로 서비스가 훌륭했고, 캄보디아에 다시 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 예약할 생각입니다.

좋은 여행 두 번
저희는 여행 동안 Mango Taxi를 두 번 이용했습니다. 첫 번째는 공항 픽업, 두 번째는 프놈펜에서 씨엠립까지 이동할 때였습니다. 공항 픽업 때는 기사님을 찾는 데 조금 어려움이 있었습니다. 결국 제가 전화를 했고, 크메르어를 조금 하는 친구가 연결을 도와줬습니다. 제가 항공편 정보를 잘못 전달해서 아마 더 복잡해졌던 것 같습니다. 서로 찾지 못할 수도 있으니 영어가 가능한 기사님을 요청하시는 걸 추천드립니다. 프놈펜에서 씨엠립까지의 이동은 완벽했습니다. 비즈니스 클래스 밴으로 업그레이드해 주셨는데, 기대 이상이었습니다. 뒤쪽 두 좌석은 리클라이닝, 마사지 기능, 발 받침대까지 있어서 정말 고급스러웠습니다. 기사님도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 중간에 한 번 화장실과 간식을 위해 멈췄고, 점심 식사 정차도 선택할 수 있게 해주셨지만 저희는 사양했습니다. 앞으로도 Mango Taxi를 꼭 다시 이용할 것 같습니다.

훌륭한 서비스였습니다! 저희는 가족 4명이 미니밴으로 프놈펜에서 씨엠립까지 왕복 이동하는 데 Mango를 이용했는데, 정말 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 처음 문의했을 때부터 응답이 매우 빨랐고, 가격도 알아본 다른 업체들보다 훨씬 좋았으며, 막판에 변경사항과 요청이 생겼을 때도 매우 친절하게 맞춰 주었습니다. 또 저희가 잘 케어받고 있는지 계속 연락을 주며 챙겨 주었습니다. 이용한 두 명의 기사님 모두 운전이 매우 안전했고, 친절했으며, 배려심도 좋았습니다. 두 도시 사이 이동 거리가 꽤 길지만, 특히 믿을 수 있고 도움이 되며 이동 일정 조정도 유연한 Mango와 함께라면 국내선 항공편보다 차로 이동하는 편이 오히려 더 번거롭지 않다고 생각합니다. 다음에도 꼭 Mango를 다시 이용할 것이고, 누구에게나 추천할 것입니다.

이번 달에 Mango Taxi 서비스를 두 번 이용했습니다(프놈펜에서 켑, 그리고 프놈펜에서 씨엠립) 그리고 아주 만족했습니다. 온라인 폼으로 예약하는 것도 쉽고, 예약 확인은 이메일로 오며, 이후 소통은 Whatsapp으로 진행됩니다. 정말 쉽고 매끄럽습니다.
제가 탔던 두 대의 차량(SUV) 모두 깨끗했고 수준도 좋았습니다. 기사님들은 친절했고, 영어도 잘했고, 시간도 잘 지켰으며, 안전하게 운전했습니다. 저는 Mango Asia를 충분히 추천할 수 있습니다.
비교를 위해 켑에서 프놈펜으로 가는 다른 기사도 이용해 봤습니다. 가격은 조금 더 저렴했지만, 앞유리에 금이 가 있었고 몇 차례는 운전이 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다. 캄보디아 도로가 아주 위험한 것은 아니지만, 곳곳에서 조금 낯설게 느껴질 수 있으니 안전한 운전은 몇 달러 더 낼 가치가 있습니다. 다시 같은 여행을 한다면, 그 구간도 Mango Asia로 예약할 것입니다.

We had a wonderful English speaking driver. He was so helpful and patient with us. Our driver was informative about the countries history and allowed us to make stops at some historical temples. I appreciate how he was not on his phone while driving and engaged in conversation with us. The vehicle was an older Lexus SUV, but very clean and safe. Overall, a great experience and very nice driver.

Travel from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap
Travel time was 7 hours with 2 washroom breaks and 1 lunch break Cost is 100 USD for one way, which is the best rate in the market. (Verified by checking with multiple operators and individual taxi drivers) Friendly English speaking driver who was chatty and gave us a lot of information about his culture and Cambodia. He introduced us to shops serving fresh sea coconuts and sea coconut drink. Driving skills were great and he was very attentive and patient on the road. Most of the highway length is a single road stretch with 2 way traffic, so it can be tricky. On my way to book their taxi service again to return back to Phnom Penh from Siem Reap now!!

Friendly drivers and great service!
We booked with Stefan at Mango taxi’s and the service was excellent from start to finish. I changed the booking several times and with ease. Stefan was always available on WhatsApp or via email. Our first journey was Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, the driver was on time, smiley, asked us several times if we wanted to stop over for food, drinks and the bathroom. He even brought us some sticky rice in a bamboo shoot which was a first for us both and very delicious. The drive took 5.5hours, car was well maintained and the driver drove well and at a safe and good speed throughout. Our second journey was from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Once again excellent service, friendly and smiley driver who was very helpful throughout. Car very well maintained and clean.Overall a great experience and if we were in Cambodia again we would choose Mango Taxi’s.

Great taxi service in Cambodia
I really enjoyed my rides with Mango Taxi. I went from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and then back again. Both drivers were really friendly, punctual, and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating; happy to stop for toilet breaks and to get food since the drive was so long. Both cars were really comfortable and I felt safe travelling as a solo female.

Did two trips Phnom Penh airport to Kampot and then from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap.Had different drivers both times but both were great. Very safe. On the way from PP to our hotel in Siem Reap, we had to stop by the Angkor ticket counter and the company / driver gladly obliged. Whatsapp service was also very fast to respond. Great company, highly recommend!

Smooth, safe and excellent alternative to flying
Smooth and safe best summarizes our trip today from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. What was originally an inevitable road trip after all flights to Siem Reap were cancelled ended up being a more relaxing alternative than flying. We estimate it adds maximum 1 hour if travel time in comparison with flying. That is, on non-holiday normal traffic days.

Smooth Transport from Siem Reap
Our ride from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap on Tuesday, February 11th, went very well. We departed from our hotel on time. Water was provided for all. We appreciated the rest stops before and after lunch. Especially the afternoon break at the “old bridge” close to Siem Reap. And our driver, Mr. Ching, put safety first first, and was courteous and polite.

Convenient, professional, excellent communication
We were excited to try Mango Taxi from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Mango Taxi was responsive with email, confirmed right away, and provided a great driver who was punctual and obviously comfortable navigating the Cambodian highways. We had the option to stop for toilets if needed, and our ride was smooth while allowing us to see the countryside. Door-to-door drop-off to/from our hotels. Easy to pay in cash - don’t forget to bring extra $ to tip your driver! We will book with them again next trip.
