Don’t Always Take the “A” Train

I am someone who sometimes wants to just get on an airplane and get to where I am going as fast as possible. Now that I am traveling as a retired person though, that kind of time is not so dear any more. There is a Scandinavian outfit called Viking River Cruises that advertises a lot lately in the United States saying, “…spend less time getting there, and more time being there.” I think it’s just the opposite and my time with Mango Taxi proves it. I could have zipped from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh on a plane or even an overnight bus, but then I would have missed all of the passing parade just outside of the window of my Mango Taxi. I would have missed all the multitude of small and large businesses along the busy highway to Bavet, the smiling fellows who helped me and my luggage across the border, the serenity of the thriving rice paddies along the road, even the surreal experience of so many Ganzberg beer billboards every 100 yards nonstop from the border to my hotel in Cambodia. It was door-to-door service too making it economical and competitive transit-time-wise. Cudos to the helpful drivers on both sides of the border. Easy, reliable and trustworthy

My friends and I used this company to travel from Phnom Pen, Cambodia, to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. It was a fair price, with plenty of vehicle options to suit travellers needs. They were helpful and informative, providing us with boarder information along with the drivers info and vehicles. I would highly recommend these guys for a painless experience travelling via land boarder or anywhere else.

Excellent service

We just travelled from Saigon to Phnom Penh with our teenagers. The service was fantastic from meeting us at our airport to assisting with our border crossing and arrival to our hotel. Both drivers were fabulous. Thank you Mango taxi!!
