We were 11 of us travelling from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City all of 10 days. This time on the way I had forgotten my re-entry visa for Thailand to return and it would have been a big problem. Bangkok Thailand to Siem Reap Cambodia, roundtrip service

I used this service to travel from Bangkok to Siem Reap Cambodia and back. The booking process was simple and the team was very communicative throughout, from questions I had during booking to resolving issues while in transit. They communicated primarily via WhatsApp which further simplified things. They made it easy to find their staff on each side of the border, the drivers were on time, and my wait time between drivers was very short. The only issue sometimes was a slight language barrier, but easily remedied using Google translate.

Perfect car transportation management door to door from Bangkok to Siem Reap. Car in time. Driver polite and well trained driver. Car *SUV" in perfect condition clean and comfortable. trunk empty space for storing for 3 suitcases, 3 bags. transfer at border organized with a employee carrying the suitcases on pushcart. immigration easy, extremely polite, and fast. Kampuchea driver nice, car "van" good and comfortable. much better than waiting for cheap, old airplane and waiting at airports for unpolite security check.

Family trip through Cambodia and Bangkok

Smoothest Land Crossing by Car : Thailand to Cambodia

I used Mango Taxi for a land crossing from Bangkok to Siem Reap in January as part of a 5 country tour we were doing and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a great way to travel around, very reliable, punctual and with very careful drivers. Mango Taxi organised two cars for us as the Thai vehicle could not drive across to the Cambodian side. So we had one to get from Bangkok to the border and another from the border to Siem Reap. We crossed the border ourselves but Mango provides an escort service from the car to the immigration point on the Thai side and then again from the immigration arrivals point on the Cambodian side to the 2nd driver. As a result, it was a smooth and painless crossing as Stefan setup a Whatsapp group so we could communicate with all the drivers and keep in touch with Mango Taxi. and great value for the 4 of us as well as the opportunity to see the country on the ground. Communication was excellent all through the process. Please do give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Stefan and Stephanie!

Excellent service

Booked a ride from Bangkok to Siem Reap online and contacted the company via WhatsApp at the same time. Had some trouble to book online(due to bad Internet reception). surprisingly as soon as online booking came through I got a text via WhatsApp that the booking was well recieved. The pick-up was 15 mins early wich I find very good. comfortable car and driver. The guide who took us through the Thai/Cambodian border crossing and visa hassel was very good. saved us time and annoyance. Car on Cambodian side was allready waiting for us so all in all a very smooth border crossing. Throughout the whole reservation process and ride excellent communication with Stephanie our case officer (compliments to her). Picture confirmation of the cars, swift response on questions and very friendly. Comming from Europe not expecting this level of professionality this by far exceeded my expectations. Will travel with Mango again and allready reccomended it to others.Now this may sound as a exaggerated positive comment but it truely was very good experience.

Great taxi and border control and visa service

A great service from pick up at Bangkok airport till drop off at hotel in Siem Reap Cambodia, included the border control at poipet. We did not have to do anything but paying the taxi 250 $ and visa + service 17000 Bath per person and we did not even see the border police , we could go straight to the exit hall and waited there for the Mango taxi people to give back the pasport with a full page of The Cambodian visa
