Mango Nailed it! Complicated trip from Koh Rong Samloen to Koh Chang
I’m on a 72-day tour of Indochina and ended up in Koh Rong Samloen for a week. Needed to head back to Thailand for a return home… How to do it?Mango Transport picked me up at the ferry ….. Drove me to Cham Yeam border checkpoint …. Had an expediter arranged …. Then had a driver on the Thailand side to take me - on the ferry - to my hotel. All steps communicated WELL along the way. From Kratie to Sihanoukville: Mango taxi
We had a difficult transport from Kratie to Sihanoukville. Other taxi businesses couldn’t offer that transfer. But I contacted Mango taxi, and there was no problem at all. The communication was also very clearly. We could drive in a very nice and clean taxi. The taxidriver was experienced and stopped on regular time. We had nothing to complain at all. I could recommand anyone Mango taxi if you’re in Cambodia !

Cambodia to Vietnam
The service was excellent. The drivers were very professional and ahead of time. The company gave us great advice for the border crossing between Cambodia and Vietnam. And for our security, they sent us pictures of the cars, licence plates, and provided us with the names of our drivers. We felt comfortable and safe during our entire journey with the Mango taxi team. Thank you and I would highly recommend their services.

SIMPLY EXCEPTIONAL
EXCEPTIONALI contacted Mango Taxi with the hope of saving a long and tedious day of public transportation from Koh Chang to Siem Reap. Mango Taxi answered my whatsapp very fast with a clear price and clear scenario. I asked a lot of questions and submitted a few routings to them and they replied to each of them, patiently. It seemed too good to be true, too easy to be true. I spoke with 2-3 employees on whatsapp during the planification of the transport and each person was fantastic.I was impressed by their professionalism. They sent a picture of our car in Thailand and on the Cambodian side. They communicated with us before the trip and gained my trust. they helped us pass the border seamlessly. I was very impressed.The price of a private transport is of course much more expensive than public transport, but we were 4 people with 2 kids, so for 4 persons the price was still higher but very comparable to public transport. And Mango had a nice SUV for us, comfortable, we could stop for food and bathroom breaks whenever we wanted, and we avoided a public transport routing that would have gone from Koh Chang to Bangkok, then change bus station in station to take another bus from Bangkok to Siem Reap hours after or worse, the next morning. All this with our 8 luggages. The difference in price was fairly small when I think of all the hassle we saved. I was so satisfied with the service that we booked another transport to get back to Bangkok later in our trip. Each time the drivers where good and polite, and very flexible.I wholeheartedly recommend MANGO TAXI for long distance transport. They are reliable and professional. If you are 4-5 in your group, it should not even be a discussion, Mango is the way to go. Yes you pay more than public transport, but you get so much : flexibility of schedule, comfort, point to point routing, assistance on border crossing. You save time and you save energy.You exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work.

Highly recommended for transport around Cambodia
Mango taxi is the best company to use for transport around Cambodia. It is efficient, trustworthy and reliable. The website is easy to use, you can either pay in cash directly to the driver or wire transfer. You are then contacted directly by the company via whatsapp to confirm details of the trip. Any changes are easily made through whatsapp contact with prompt response. The day before your scheduled travel, the driver contacts you directly with photos of them/the car with the license plate number as well. The drivers are excellent too and flexible on stops and routes. I would 100% recommend this company and upon my return to Cambodia I will be using Mango taxi.

Kidsfriendly:)
We used Mango taxi twice: to get to Vietnam and to Sihanoukvolle. Each time it was a nice experience. We traveled with a kid so had to do a lot of stops for bathroom and each time drivers were OK with that and also with our snacks during the journey. So thank you for your patience:)

Exceptional service
Exceptional service. The driver came before time and was ready for pick up. We drove 320kms from Phnom Penh airport to Siem Reap. The car was very convenient and comfortable for all of us.Thank you Mango Taxi for your service. I will definitely recommend Mango taxi to all my family and friends who wants to visit Cambodia.

Family trip with dog
Had a great service from when I first booked all the way throughout the trip. I travelled from Bangkok to Phnom Penh with my kids and dog. The transfer at the border was seamless and there was someone there the whole time helping us out , every step of the way. It was a very comfortable journey in both Thailand and Cambodia.

Excellent service
We just travelled from Saigon to Phnom Penh with our teenagers. The service was fantastic from meeting us at our airport to assisting with our border crossing and arrival to our hotel. Both drivers were fabulous. Thank you Mango taxi!!

Highly recommended!
I honestly highly recommend Mango Taxi. We travelled as a family of 4 with Mango taxi from Battambang to Phnom Penh, in a Minivan. Jayson from the booking side was amazing, I ordered the taxi at a very short notice in the morning 10am and same day 2pm we were ready to go! As we had a bad experience with another private driver from Seam Reap to Battambang (not Mango Taxi!) safe driving was very important to us. Our Mango Taxi driver Mr. Khun Saorith was a very kind, experienced and safe driver, who never speeded up and drove with foresight. It was the most convenient way to do this journey, thank you very much, Mango Taxi team!

Impeccably reliable and trustworthy service from start to finish!!
I honestly cannot say enough great things about this amazing company! We booked a ride from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and it was as seamless as seamless can be. First off, Jayson helped me with my reservation and was always incredibly responsive to my numerous queries along the way. In fact, I had to change my destination mid route and Jayson expedited the matter and handled it with such kindness! Also, the driver Mr. Hoeum was a great driver and he a) spoke very good English and b) was a fantastic driver who made us feel so safe!
